Registration
Registration is $46 per person ($36 for AE or Rookie). This fee covers the judges, scoring system, and awards. We understand numerous competitors enjoy entering several events, however the goal is to complete the event in 2-3 days. We kindly ask competitors to pick their favorite event and focus on that.
Registration Closed for 2024
Registration can be completed by using any one of the Register Icons located on this website. Most of the costs involved with the event are ‘hard costs’ therefore all registration funds are non-refundable. Please make sure you and your team are committed prior to signing up.

FAQs
This is a USPA Event?
This is not a USPA sanctioned event but we will be using USPA rated judges.
Who is making this event happen?
Skydive Chicago is the driving force behind the event. The event is not possible without the help of Performance Designs and your local DZ.
How do you ensure the event is done in the spirit of competition?
In order for DZs to be involved they must dedicate a Meet Director. The MD ensures the event is done according to the rules set forth in the Competition Manual. This includes making sure teams only do each round once. If you really want to cheat……yeah.
Are pick up teams welcomed?
Absolutely. This is the best part of the event. Grab your friends and compete!
How are you going to do the awards ceremony?
We plan on doing a massive Facebook LIVE for all the competitors. We will announce standings and ship award medals to the winners.
Can I do more than one event?
The competition needs to be completed in two days, if the resources are available for you to complete all the jumps required and you waive your right to stay on the ground for one hour between loads you can sign up for more than one team. If you do not finish the events by Sunday end of day you will forfeit eligibility for standings and late submissions will not be judged.
Does our videographer have to register?
Yes. All competing athletes must register individually.
Not every DZs flies the same plane. How can it be fair?
After much conversation we feel there is no competitive advantage in regards to aircraft. We feel allowing teams to compete out of the plane they do a majority of their training out of gives them the best opportunity to produce the highest score. Therefore aircraft, handles will not be standardized. Jumprun speeds will be per the USPA Comp Manual.
Is registration refundable?
To make this event work we had to invest in developing a scoring system, medals and judges costs. Because of these are ‘hard costs’ we are not able to refund registrations. Please be sure your team plans on participating before registering.
What happens if we have weather?
Weather holds….our favorite. You will have the weekend to complete all the rounds. We will distribute the competition draw Thursday evening (central time) to allow for international competitors to have it for their Friday morning. Our hope is that you’re able to complete the event over the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Who can be a Meet Director?
Anyone that will make sure you win…..but really, it needs to be a responsible person of integrity on the ground during the competition. An S&TA, DZ Manager, experienced competitor, or other knowledgable individual would be good examples. They must attend a zoom competition/rules briefing before the competition (options will be available the week of the event). Potential candidates should contact Events@skydivechicago.com.
